Terms of Service

--- Guidelines ---

Will Draw:
- Feral
- Anthro
- Human/humanoid
- Any other species(?) within limitations
- Mild gore and mild horror
- Fanart
- Other(?) within limitations
Will Not Draw:
- NSFW
- Extreme Gore/Horror
- Discriminatory, hate, or other derogatory art
- Any other form of artwork I choose not to draw if I deem necessary, will be informed upon when the request is made if it falls under this category. My reasoning does not have to be specified.

--- Legal Information ---

• I own all rights to my works, which means I can post and share the artwork on social medias as I please, include them in my portfolio, as commission examples, etc. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.• Uploading my artwork into any AI generator/program is prohibited• Commissions are for the customer's personal use only, such as profile pictures/banners and character artworks, and cannot be used for profit or commercial use.• My artworks cannot be resold individually, however if they belong to a specific character and the character is resold, the artwork can be included, but never included at higher price than the original piece was purchased for. The price that the commissioned artwork was purchased for can be added to the total value of the character.• Sharing the artwork is allowed, however proper credit must be given wherever the commission is shown with at least one of the correct usernames and link back to me. @sir_potato2945 on Discord, SirPotato on Toyhouse, sirpotato333 on Instagram.• I have the right to decline and/or cancel any commission as I see fit, for reasons such as but not limited to: The request is beyond my skill level, it falls under subjects I won't do, I do not feel comfortable working with the customer, etc.• I cannot investigate the backgrounds of every customer I work with. If I am commissioned by and work with someone who is widely blacklisted, violated rules on any platform or other misdemeanors, then I am likely unaware of their wrongdoings. Because they have commissioned me does not mean I support, agree, or approve of any of these individual's actions. However if I am aware of a potential customer's offenses, I have the right to deny them my services if I choose necessary.

--- Procedure ---

Discussion:
To begin, we will discuss what is wanted for the commission, characters involved, the prices, your placement in the queue, etc. When everything is settled+agreed upon, you claim your spot in the queue.
Queue:
New commissions start at the bottom of the queue. As I finish commissions, you move up. Higher spots in the queue take higher priority for completion (I may work on more than one commission at a time). See the Payment section of the procedure to see how your spot in the queue may change.
Starting the Commission:
When you reach the top of the queue and/or I begin the sketch, I will inform you I have begun and you can expect payment to be required soon.
Revisions:
Large revisions can only be made during the sketching phase. I will send a mostly cleaned sketch first, and this is when requests for major/large revisions may be made. When line art begins and every phase after, only small revisions may be made. The only exception is for a custom commission; the pelt/color design may be requested for major revisions to a limit of 2 total designs.
Payment:
Payment in full is required after completion of an approved sketch. Only once payment has been recieved will I continue into the next phases of the commission. If the customer is willing, full upfront payment is available. Full upfront payment allows the customer to bump their position in the queue if the payment precedes payments by customers ahead in the queue.
Completion:
When I have completed the final product of the commission, I will share the link to the full image as a .png file in a google drive folder. This most effectively preserves the image quality. If another form of receiving the file is preferred, this can be discussed, but not guaranteed.

--- Payment Alterations ---

The values listed in the Commissions tab are the base values for each of my commission options. Customers may request alterations to commission options that may affect the price of the final commission. Some examples of these requests include but are not limited to:
• Adding an additional character
• Highly complex characters, whether through accessories or pelt/design
• Requesting an artwork that does not align with one of the below options
• Splitting the payment between USD and other forms of payment or other forms of payment in whole(ex: art, subscriptions, other digital assets)
The changes in prices depend on the particular request, and such price alterations will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the commission. I have no obligation to agree to any additional request such as those listed or any others.More on Payment Process:
• Payment must come directly from the customer and not an outside source such as a friend, family member, etc. UNLESS: such individual is part of the price discussion process, I am informed that the payment will be coming from such an individual before the start of a commission, and I have direct contact with the individual who is paying for the commission.All Payments must be made in USD(non-negotiable) and only through Cash App® or PayPal® unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon between myself and the customer in the beginning of the commission process.

--- Cancellations/Refunds ---

If for any reason the customer needs to cancel the commission anytime before payment has been made, then this can be done without any fees or penalties and the commission will be completely cancelled and any sketching I have completed will be discarded.If for any reason the customer needs to cancel the commission anytime after payment has been made and I have made significant progress into the commission (any progress beyond the sketch stage, into lines/color) then the commission will be cancelled with NO refunds and the customer may keep whatever progress has been made in the piece. There are no exceptions for customer cancellations having refunds after payment.If the customer fails to reply for over a month's time without explanation, then the commission will be cancelled automatically with no refunds. If the customer is aware that they will be unable to respond for a significant amount of time and communicates this with reasonable justification, then the commission may be put on pause without cancellation and moved to the bottom of my queue. When the customer returns, the commission will remain at the bottom of the queue and move up as I finish the works before it.If I as the artist need to cancel the commission for any reason anytime before payment is made, I may do so with no limitations and the commission will be cancelled.If I as the artist need to cancel the commission for any reason anytime after payment is made, I will refund the customer completely and gift them any progress I've made in the artwork at no cost. HOWEVER, in the exception that I as the artist choose to cancel the commission due to harassment, bullying, violation of this T.O.S., or any other form of ill treatment by the customer towards me, then I have every right to cancel the commission immediately with no refunds and no obligation to gift any progress made in the artwork to the customer.

Mystery Sticker Bundle ……………………… $30

A fun pack where you'll recieve 3 stickers out of 6 varieties: Chibi Full-Body, Chibi "Boxed In," Expression Headshot, Eye Banner, Prop Bust, and Symmetrical Head x Simple Background. They will be made with thicker line art and a simpler style.

Live Queue

I will update my queue regularly so that customers and art mutuals can see my progress through my artworks and get an idea of wait times. I usually can finish a commission within 2-14 days, if response times are adequate. Commissions take priority over art trades. Happy arting!
